このページは、iPhone 用アプリ「パステリウムC」（以下「本アプリ」）で、本アプリの提供者（以下「提供者」）が、利用者の情報をどのように取り扱うかを説明するものです。
1. 集める情報
本アプリは、利用者の個人情報を集めません。氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報・連絡先・端末を見分ける番号などを取得することはなく、提供者のサーバーや第三者へ送ることもありません。アカウントの登録もありません。
2. 端末の中に保存する情報
魚のようす（名前・成長など）・日記・アルバムの写真・もようがえ・設定は、お使いの iPhone の中だけに保存されます。これらは提供者を含め外部へ送られることはなく、本アプリを削除すると消えます。なお、iPhone のバックアップの設定によっては、バックアップに含まれることがあります。
3. 写真への保存
撮影した写真や動画を「写真」アプリに保存するときだけ、写真への追加の許可をお願いします。本アプリが写真ライブラリの中身を読み取ることはありません。
4. 通知・ウィジェット
「おなかがすいたみたい」などのおしらせは、iPhone の中で予定される通知です（許可したときだけ）。ホーム画面のウィジェットには、水槽の小さな絵と魚のようすを、iPhone の中で受け渡します。どちらも外部へは送りません。
5. アプリ内課金
「書斎」などの購入と復元は、Apple の App Store を通じて行われます。お支払いの情報は Apple が取り扱い、本アプリや提供者が受け取ることはありません。本アプリが知るのは、購入済みかどうかだけです。
6. 通信・広告・解析
本アプリは、App Store での購入・復元のほかに、外部と通信しません。広告の表示、利用状況の解析、トラッキング（ほかの会社のアプリやウェブサイトをまたいだ追跡）は行いません。
7. お子さまの利用
本アプリは年齢にかかわらず個人情報を集めないため、お子さまも安心してお使いいただけます。

This policy explains how the provider of the iPhone app “Pasterium C” (the “App”) handles information.
No personal data is collected. The App does not collect names, email addresses, location, contacts, device identifiers, or any other personal information, and sends nothing to the provider or to third parties. There are no accounts.
Data stored on your device. Your fish, diary, photos, room layouts, and settings are stored only on your iPhone and are deleted when you delete the App. They may be included in your iPhone backups depending on your backup settings.
Photos. The App asks for permission to add images to Photos only when you save a photo or video. It never reads your photo library.
Notifications and widget. Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your iPhone (only if you allow them). The home screen widget receives a small image and status from the App on your iPhone. Nothing is sent off the device.
In-app purchases. Purchases and restores are processed by Apple through the App Store. The App and the provider never receive your payment information; the App only learns whether an item has been purchased.
No ads, analytics, or tracking. Apart from App Store purchases and restores, the App does not communicate over the network.
Changes. Any changes to this policy will be posted on this page.
